By sail through the Bay of Islands

Niles and Heather took us on this amazing trip on a sailing craft through the Bay of Islands in the north of North Island.

The first thing they did, was to try to get rid of me over the side.

Niles and Heather had a try at steering.

I had a go up the rigging. A twelve year old girl overtook me!

We ended up on a beautiful island and we wandered on the crescent sand or swam in the blue water bay while the crew rustled up a barbeque.

Sorry - still have no idea of how to get photos and text where I want them.
